LINCOLN COUNTY, Mo. – A judge made two decisions Wednesday involving former law enforcement officers accused of crimes connected to the Pam Hupp investigation.They happened while FOX 2 was with the man who served years of wrongful imprisonment because of the case. Russ Faria follows every development.Faria served more than three years in prison for a murder he did not commit. Instead of projecting anger over what happened to him, he’s turning it into action, as he refuses to miss the most minor of court developments.“I was fortunate. Police are searching for a suspect who allegedly stabbed a Metro bus driver Wednesday night in Woodland Hills. Calls about the incident, located at Erwin Street and Topanga Canyon Boulevard, came in at around 5:15, officials with the Los Angeles Police Department said. It is unclear what led up to the incident, but officials said the victim was transported to the hospital in unknown condition. MENLO PARK – A Bay Area physician was sentenced Wednesday to two years in prison for possessing child pornography, federal prosecutors said.In November 2021, a grand jury indicted Joseph Andrew Mollick, 60, of Menlo Park, on one count of possession of child pornography. He pleaded guilty to the charge on Jan. 9.According to his plea agreement, Mollick admitted that he used the social media application Kik in August 2019 to upload an image of a man and a prepubescent girl having sexual relations, the U.S. Attorney’s Office said in a statement Wednesday.Prosecutors said Mollick’s personal laptop computer also contained at least 2,000 images and videos of children engaged in sexually explicit conduct.In a court filing, Mollick identified himself as a medical doctor who has worked at Bay Area hospitals, prosecutors said.In addition to the prison term, U.S. District Court Judge Vince Chhabria ordered Mollick to pay a $25,000 fine and serve five years of supervised release, which will beg...San Francisco police pursuit policy under scrutiny following fatal crash

He ended up in a violent collision with another vehicle at the intersection of 16th Street and Potrero Avenue in San Francisco Tuesday.San Francisco Police Department investigators say it was around 10 a.m. Tuesday when Watson allegedly carjacked a city-owned vehicle at Folsom and Mabini. The NCAA paid former president Mark Emmert nearly $3.3 million in 2021, according to federal tax records released by the association Wednesday.Emmert’s 13-year tenure leading the NCAA officially ended in March. In April 2022, the association announced its board of governors and Emmert had mutually agreed that he would step down. He was replaced by former Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker.Emmert received almost $2.8 million in salary and another $83,000 in bonuses, according to records for the 2021-22 fiscal year.The NCAA also paid $3.6 million to former chief operating officer Donald Remy, who left the association April 1, 2021, to become deputy secretary of the Department of Veterans Affairs.
