Endangered Silver Advisory issued for missing Ballwin woman BALLWIN, Mo. - The St. Louis County Police Department issued an Endangered Silver Advisory for a Ballwin woman who disappeared Tuesday morning.The advisory states Debra Pearl Barb left her residence in the 1200 block of Orchard Village Lane on foot around 7 a.m. Police said Barb has dementia and may have taken too much of prescription medications prior to leaving her home.Barb is described as 4'11" tall and weighing 95 pounds, white gray hair, hazel eyes, and a fair complexion. She's believed to be wearing a shirt, dark-colored pants, and gray shoes.Anyone who sees Barb or has knowledge of her whereabouts is asked to immediately dial 911 to reach their nearest law enforcement agency, or call the St. Louis County Police Department at 636-529-8220.
